Salsa Club Meeting!

Calling all Salseros! Salsa Club will meet on Wednesday, February 24th from 2:10 to 3:30 for beginning dancers and from 2:10 to 4:00 for advanced dancers who want to work on dancing with a partner.

It's not too late to join! All you need is a signed permission slip. See the files for a copy. We hope to see you on the dance floor!

Intro to Spanish - Test on Social Expressions

Students in "Introduction to Spanish" should review their list of 30 social expressions for their next test. You should be able to look at one of the expressions in Spanish and know what it means in English. You also should be able to answer the following questions in complete sentences in Spanish:

¿Cómo te llamas? ¿De dónde eres? ¿Cómo estás?

Test - Periods 4B & 5B - Tuesday - February 16th

Introduction to Spanish - Map Test

Students should be reviewing maps and be prepared to fill in maps with the names of coutries where Spanish is spoken. A fun way to review for the test is to visit the map puzzles website. However, to test if you are really prepared, you should be able to look at your blank map and say the name of each country and point to its location.

Periods 1A, 2A, 3A - Test on Monday - February 8th
Periods 4B and 5B - Test on Tuesday - February 9th

Period 6B - Test on Verb Vocabulary on Wednesday

Period 6B (Beginning Spanish) will have a test on the verb vocabulary from "Los Episodios" on Wednesday (February 3rd). Please see the files for a study list.
