Well, we finished off the year with some "fiestas estupendas" and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the students and parents for the wonderful contributions of food and drink. Students brought in some of the best flan, tres leches cake, and Mexican wedding cookies I have ever tasted. Of course, I would start with desserts first! Not to mention the excellent variety of paella, arroz con pollo, enchiladas, salsa, guacamole...the list goes on and on. A special "gracias" to Mrs. Erazo, who saved the day by helping me manage the last fiesta.
I've really enjoyed working with the students this year and look forward to continuing with many of you again next year....for now....I need a break!!! Enjoy your summer!
